VSH REAL ESTATE, was founded in February 1964, owns, develops and manages real estate objects for use by the VSH Group Companies or for external rent.

The Real Estate Company develops and markets the group's assets, as well as offers related services such as security and maintenance. A large part of the maintenance activities is subcontracted. This part also includes historical Real Estate.

We continue to explore real estate opportunities, whether in developing the existing strategic lots at Paranam or possible new investments to support the VSH Group's strategic objectives.
