VSH United: N.V. Verenigde Surinaamse Holdingmij

The VSH Community Fund started on the 19th August in 2008 with the goal: managing funds made available by the VSH Group and using these funds for Community projects that serve a social and sustainable purpose.

The themes that are funded by the VSH Community Fund are education, art, environment and healthcare.

Donation to the Academic Hospital Paramaribo (AZP) to improve the cooling and air treatment of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

Renovation of the public swimming facility “Wi-Krontren”

Donation VSH and Hatramij to Academisch Hospital

Donation of two LUCAS Chest Compression Systems, a PRISMAFLEX CVVH System for Critical Care and a Surdial-X dialysis machine to the “Academisch Ziekenhuis Paramaribo” hospital

In 2010 we became Friend of Green Suriname. We signed a contract with Suriname Conservation Foundation to cooperate in activities regarding protection of the environment and the preservation of nature in Suriname.
